Jogging can be a fun type of exercise for anybody. It is a good way of toning up the body muscles and keeping the heart healthy. But is it alright to practice this form of exercise while pregnant?
It is always wise to check with your obstetrician; but if you are a regular jogger and not new to the exercise there is no reason for you to stop jogging just because you are pregnant. However, starting this form of exercise is not considered to be a good idea if you are pregnant, it is far better to wait until after you’re delivery before you take up jogging.
